Arrive at 5 O Clock: Check into one of our comfortable bedrooms and go for a nice walk in our gardens. Find a nice quiet spot to relax and unwind after your drive. 7:00: Have you Dinner in Fernhill of visit one of the excellent restaurants around Clonakilty.
9:00 Take in one of the nightly music sessions at one of the traditional bars in Clonakilty
Enjoy an early breakfast including some of the fresh baked breads and croissants from Fernhill and local produce like smoked salmon or of course, Clonakilty Black and White Pudding.
11.00: Park the car in the car park located by the stunning Catholic Church and explore Clonakilty on foot. Clonakilty has won countless awards through the years and is awash with history so it has a lot to offer. Boutique shops afford the opportunity to buy some souvenirs.
12.30: Drive to Inchydoney and clear your head by walking the beach. Then take the coastal road onto the picturesque Galley Head Lighthouse. The road will then take you onto Rosscarbery with its large bay and families of swans. A turn to the left just before you leave will bring you towards Glandore.
Just before arriving in Glandore visit Irelands best preserved stone circle which is on your left called Drombeg stone circle. Have a lovely lunch overlooking Glandore harbour before joining the main road at Leap.
3:30: Take the coastal road via Skibbereen onto the Mizen Head lighthouse which offers amazing views jutting out into the Atlantic.
8:00 Arrive back at the hotel and enjoy a meal at the hotel featuring the finest in local produce.
9:00 onwards: Our gardens light up at night so a romantic stroll among the lit up fountains and fairylights is a must. Afterwards relax in the hotel bar and plan for your next trip to West Cork.

Get some exercise on one of the many walks in the Clonakilty region. spend a day relaxing in the gardens or reading by our fire place while spoiling yourself with afternoon tea and your favourite book.
