2021 marks the O'Neill families 75th year at Fernhill House. 

To celebrate we have launched our Fernhill Garden Gin.

Our 75th year here at Fernhill is a special one. We wanted to mark it with something special to celebrate. We choose to create a gin inspired by our own gardens with a unique West Cork flavour with a superior quality like the service at Fernhill which has been honed for generations. At Fernhill we wanted to have our own gin to accompany our homemade elderflower tonic cordial, to add to our sorbets, desserts, as part of our drinks receptions or simply just for our guests to enjoy at our bar.

The gin is inspired by our gardens and our gardens reflect the natural beauty of West Cork. To achieve the flovour we used forged botanicals from the West Cork countryside and flowers from our magnificent gardens. The gin has floral notes, with hints of lavender and citrus. 

We created our own locally sourced gin glasses. The bottle design was also influenced by the gardens and Fernhill's standing as a historic country house. The label has striking  gold touches and Fernhill's vintage themed branding. The bottle features a design by one of the Georgian periods' most celebrated artists, William Morris.
