Yoga - €65 1-2-1 private class

Bairbre Crowley is a yoga teacher & acupuncturist, & has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years in Dublin, Peru and now in Clonakilty. Originally trained in the Ivengar method she has since trained in yin, restorative, yoga therapy & breath work. Her classes are a combination of her life through herbal medicine, shamanic studies in Ireland & Shipibo healers in the Amazon in Peru. Bairbre is available for private 1-2-1 sessions & group classes. She teaches in Fernhill gardens on Saturday mornings & Tuesday evenings. Classes are €12. For more information: 087 6410414

The hotel's staff were very welcoming. Fabulous location overlooking Clonakilty from the west. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very relaxing. The food was delicious and everything homemade. A great hotel to chill-out in.
