Fernhill has been in the O’Neill family for many generations and much of our team have been with us for decades. Whilst things have changed around us, the basics of an enjoyable stay have not. Fresh & local is core to everything that we do. We have a rich history of producing our own going back to MJ O’Neill who purchased Fernhill in 1946. He was a farmer and butcher by trade who established our food philosophy.
