Fernhill House has become one of the best destinations in West Cork for culinary delights. The Head Chef Dee Rettali trained in London and has created a gourmet haven within the beautiful grounds of Fernhill, using locally sourced and organic ingredients. Fish comes from Skibbereen and is locally caught, the beef is "best of Irish", and the herbs are grown in our own gardens.

Dee has an unpretentious style where the ingredients do the talking –beautiful presentation is a must and her award winning desserts are a feast for the eye. We offer homemade patisserie for an elegant afternoon tea and only the most romantic meals for your wedding day. Our presentation is only second to the wonderfully flavoursome meals served for every occasion within this beautiful setting.

Fernhill House caters for all tastes as well as those with food intolerances and are well known for their care and attention to those who cannot eat certain foods. There is a delicious meal for everyone.

All desserts and breads are made in our in-house bakery – using the best unprocessed ingredients. Award winning wedding cakes are also available to the discerning couple.
